Jaideep Khanna

Jaideep Khanna is the Founder of Ananta-OM Management, a Greenwich-based investment and philanthropic firm with a focus on technology and sustainability. Jaideep brings to 4D Path board more than three decades of institutional investing experience as a generalist portfolio manager, managing investments across global markets, and scaling operating businesses.

In 2002, Jaideep co-founded Artha Capital Management, an emerging-markets hedge fund, which he led as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer through 2014, scaling the business from $8 million in assets under management at launch to more than $2 billion at peak. Prior to Artha, he spent nearly a decade as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Asset Management in New York and London, running multiple global and regional equity portfolios totaling over $1.5 billion in AUM.

Jaideep is actively backing high-impact organizations in education, the environment, and social causes through his Foundation. Jaideep is a Co-Founder and Trustee of Ashoka University, a leading liberal arts institution committed to nurturing critical thinkers and change-makers. He served on the Board of Pratham USA from 2006 to 2024 and currently sits on the Board of Rocket Learning, a nonprofit leveraging technology in early childhood education reaching millions of children across India every day. Jaideep holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA from Muskingum University.
